Week 5

Week 4 Hugh and the Leadership Farm®

During Week 4 you were introduced to Hugh and the Leadership Farm®. You learned that it is up to you to plant the seeds of leadership you desire. What happens when the seeds you sow do not produce the results you want? Do you just give up? Explain what you would do to become the leader you want to be if this were to happen to you.

Week Three: Intro to the Super 3 and Leadership Styles

1. This week you were introduced to the three steps to doing research. Are there steps that you are

2. We also learned about three types of leadership styles (mainstream, traditional, and cross-cultural). Pick one type of leadership
