During Week 4 you were introduced to Hugh and the Leadership Farm®. You learned that it is up to you to plant the seeds of leadership you desire. What happens when the seeds you sow do not produce the results you want? Do you just give up? Explain what you would do to become the leader you want to be if this were to happen to you.

When seeds grow that I don't want, I keep on planting until I recieve beneficial results. If I still don't recieve any, I could be doing something wrong.

Hugh learned that he was being a coward and letting weeds grow in his garden and there is a true leader in him i know there is a leader in me so im going to follow that leader until futher notice
